Following the discovery and validation of a prognostic or predictive drug response signature, Signature Diagnostics will offer the corporate partner the development of a simplified predictive diagnostic assay.

Such an assay will only consist of the established signature which will be approved by the regulatory agencies, and which can be readily commercialized in conjunction with the market entry of the approved drug or in combination with an established and approved therapy.
