Signature Diagnostics offers an integrated approach to the new field of “oncogenomics” by providing state of-the-art technologies in tissue sample collection, molecular pathology, genome-wide tumor profiling technologies, single gene/protein analysis, data mining and biostatistics, as well as in signature validation technologies.

As part of our collaborations with clinical as well as pharmaceutical partners, Signature Diagnostics will be responsible for the collection and banking of snap-frozen tissue samples from cancer patients recruited to clinical trials. In addition to snap frozen samples, we are interested to receive native tumor samples, paraffin-embedded tumor and normal samples as well as whole blood samples from all the patients.
